Common Market Law Review Prize For Young Academics

The Editorial Board is pleased to announce that in 2015 there will be a Common Market Law Review Prize for an article submitted by a young academic.

In order to qualify as a young academic, authors should in principle be aged 30 or under. Authors over  the age of 30 are eligible if it is less than 3 years since they completed their PhD. There will be a monetary prize of 500 euros, and the winning article will be published in Common Market Law Review.

The topic for the 2015 prize must be within the field of Judicial Protection in European Union law and/or Article 47 EU Charter of Fundamental Rights.  The maximum number of words is 10 000, including footnotes.

The submission deadline is 15 September 2015.
